2031 - Reliever of the Year
DEConf Reliever of the Year Award Winner Named: Ramón Tirado of the Georgetown Sixteens said he never set out to win the Delaware Conference Reliever of the Year Award this season, but he'll certainly take it.
"2031 was a pretty good year for me, that much is obvious," he said. "This is icing on the cake."
The 29-year-old out of Puerto Rico fashioned a 1.30 ERA this season over 76.1 innings of work. He made 70 relief appearances and had 20 saves, 78 strikeouts, 19 walks and a record of 8 wins and 2 losses.
Ed Yoder of the New Castle Colonials finished second in voting, while Luis Deleón of the Lewes Braves finished third.
Top MVConf Reliever Honored: At the young age of only 26, Richard O'Herlihy has been named the MarVa Conference Reliever of the Year Award winner for 2031.
The future appears bright for the Baltimore Barons relief ace, who captured the award with 47 saves in 73 relief appearances, 99 strikeouts in 82 innings and a record of 3-4 to go with his 1.54 ERA.
Manuel Petrelia of the Virginia Beach Surf Dawgs finished second in voting, while Dani Rúbio of the Richmond Cardinals finished third.
