Record: Not happy with the 61-101, and made it known he isn't proud of this.
Top Prospect: Juan Guzman is good (26th), but not a top-12. He wants to see a top 12.
Build Farm: We improved (13th), but he wants to see our name in the "USA Citizen" list as a top-5 minor leauge system.
Long Term: Playoffs 2034, no if's and's or but's. And right now it doesn't look good.

Budget Review:
Ralph decided to bump up our budget to $71,000,000. Not much, but something, hopefully I will make good use out of that extra $2M.
My Off-Season Goals:
1) Fill out our open Personnel slots: Chadds Ford: PC and HC, San Juan (AAA): Manager. Our pitching from Chadds Ford was asked to step down and move to San Juan, which he obliged. So after half-a-season in Chadds Ford John Von Meister moved to AAA.
2) Decided what to do with our 7-arbitration cases. Let them walk? Sign them? Trade them? Some decisions will need to be made. Luckily no-one is up for any "big" increases except for Jack Cavazos.
3) Decided what to do with the old folk in the rotation. SP Al Raynor and Dan Pierson. Do I keep both one or trade them? Dealing them might be tough, so we will see.
4) Try to find one big bat. Either a 1B, C or DH.
5) Increase my game score over this (and last) season's 1!
Signings:
With Angel Rivera about to hit arbitration and demand a nice payout, I reached out to him with an extension. We talked and decided he'd like to come back but he wants to see some roster changes, he believes with better chemistry we will play better... He agreed on a 4-year deal worth $19,120,000. The 4th year is a vesting option if he starts 20-games.
That is about it... seems rather doable. I must not lose 100 games in 2032. I would like to see us win 75 or more. This is doable for sure.
