it would be cool if the different personality types factored into how the pitcher responds. a greedy player, with low desire to win would probably want taken out to not damage his stock.
A player with a high desire to win would probably be too competitive to easily come off the mound.
A player that has a history of injuries would also be more willing to comet, where a iron man would feel invincible.
