using the import/export features and a trusty spreadsheet you'd have to edit all their years of birth (and playerid/teamid), if you want to do it by hand.

maybe a VB function that can understand the year of birth relative to starting year of league and can automatically do the calculation to YoB column appropriately. simple fill function after that. (assuming a built-in function doesn't exist with this type of capability)
