If you want to access those files in the Finder on your Mac, then hold down the option key and select Go from the upper menu bar. The list of locations will now include "Library", which is not ordinarily visible by just selecting Go.
Under Library select the following sequence: Application Support -> Out of the Park Developments -> OOTP Baseball 17 -> saved_games
The saved_games folder contains a separate folder for each league you constructed.
