looks like a hof to me... it's not his fault the team turned him into a reliever. either his ratings fell off a cliff, or he was a victim of circumstance of the game AI.
it's got to be relative to your league, though. e.g. i try to get the top 10% of players in the HoF. i let how the league plays out determine that line in the sand. his ERA+ is in the 150's, so i'd say he is safely in the top echelon of the league.
