I ran a single season league with line-ups and transaction and all settings at default. He got no starts in the replay, compared to 13 IRL. He was on the Indians' roster correctly, just no starts.

I reran the test to check for user error, and got the same result.

I didn't note anything systematic, just O'Donoghue.
