I can't understand how people don't see this, either. It's happens in every single league I've tried where free agency is active. Every single one. I haven't even made it past the testing stage. Frankly, at this point I've just quit playing OOTP17 altogether, which makes me sad.
And increasing revenue is a terrible fix, in my opinion, because it causes inflation at totally unrealistic rates,.
