I'm not discounting that you are having an issue but I am not seeing it in the small fictional league that I am playing. However, that is besides the point, you have been given options to try to fix it and if those are not to your liking, it's understandable. What you can do though, is to help the developers determine what the issue is by sending them your league file. If you can provide that, then they may be able to fix the issue you are experiencing.
Whether you do that or not is totally up to you, I personally don't care one way or the other as I've apparently gotten lucky with this league. If I do start seeing it though then I will do as requested and send them my file regardless if I should have to or not.
