It might not. I know Netherlands Antilles itself has some weird quirks (I think at least one of the "states" is repeated twice). I haven't looked to see if it's possible that the "states" in Netherlands Antilles may have also been duplicated in the Netherlands.
I'll take a deeper dive into this if people think it's worthwhile when I have access to my laptop on Sunday.
