I just had a last minute expansion for the 2015 PCL and will cherry pick players from MLB 1977.
New teams:
Kentucky Colonels
Tulsa Roughnecks
Birmingham Bulls
Des Moines Bruins
Instead of re-generating the schedule I edited it so the new teams play each alot because these will be Independent teams and usually are better than farm teams filled from the MLB system.
