But 100% agree, that it is strange. Usually whenever I do regional settings, such as the California or West Coast, I've yielded results from usually large, mid-size or prominent cities.

Probably just a small sample size thing.

I am actually creating all 50 states as league. I'm starting the games on January 7th and playing 82 games. At the end of the 82 games, I'm going to select the all-star teams for all 50 leagues and then put them on a State team in a separate league and play another 82 game schedule.
