I've never found a great setup for minor league roster limits. In an attempt to keep things as realistic as possible, and make sure good prospects are getting adequate playing time (as well as not 20 pitchers on a roster), I have set the limits as follows:

MLB: 25
AAA-A: 25
R: 35

I guess my question is, what are people's results with this type of setting? Is there anything I could be missing that could cause problems using this setup down the road?

My concern is with amateur drafts, international complex, a lot of good prospects will end up as FAs OR minor league systems will become "stacked" to some degree..
