To tell you the truth the first year of college ball was a normal april schedule so the year showed up as 2019. Then I made the change and had the second season start that Nov. still in 2019. But of course that confused OOTP so players who played the first year now had the second season stats attached to their original 2019 stats line. I didn't care too much since it's just feeder league but it also messed up the championship history page. The UT Longhorns won the second season championship but since it was still 2019 they didnt' show up in the champions page and first season 2019 winner Long Beach State is still there. Oh well I chalked it up to an NCAA violation which stripped the Longhorns of the title.
So now I'm finally on track and going to start the 3rd college season Nov 2020. The stats line will show as 2020 and I'm assuming when it bleeds over to the next year it will still say 2020 (crossing fingers). I made the change because I wanted to have a natural progression of college ball, draft, professional ball.
And yea I work in higher education so seeing teenagers waste their time trying to make it in the minors irks me.
