There is no single location for modern fighter files. The fighter files that are posted in the mods section have, however, been collected into zip files and can be found in two locations. Using the zips will save from going through each thread and individually downloading the files one at a time. You may still have to look at each file before adding it to a game universe. That is somewhat labor intensive but not like going through the posting one at a time. I keep one large game universe just for upload purposes. I upload every file posted to the mods and eyeball it. I'll then place files into the game's exchange folder and add the file to selected game universes where I want them.
