Indeed. I rarely get players that can consistently post a 1.000+ OPS in the modern era. And when I do they're usually injury-prone, which Bill here definitely is not. Which injury settings do you use for the league?
Also, his AAA stats were good but not great. Did his abilities go through a huge jump when he was 22?
