Sorry to post here...wasn't sure where to go.

I checked out the technical support forum and saw that there are problems with face gen and 3d.

My game is running great, however, on occasion only, opponents I play do not display the face gen photos of their players.

When I open up the player editor and go to auto re-load, still nothing.

I then try to import it my self, I find the file, and it sill will not load.

I am controlling the A's and all the faces are visible, however, when just playing the Red Sox many faces are not visible, including Dustin Pedroia who I have tried to correct.

I am running a mac, OS X Yosemite, 10.10.5.

In the game I have the settings at:
Open GL Mode: Use default
Open GL Shader Mode: Use default
FaceGen: Enabled
FaceGen angle: random
FaceGen zoom: normal
