Hey so I started my league with the intent of just using feeder league players in the draft so I created 3 college league and 4 HS leagues in my game and edited them so that all of them will be 18 HS and between 20-22 for college. I then edited the rule setting of my league so that only feeder league players will be in the draft pool. When i get to the announcement of the pool there are these 19 year old and 23 year old high school and college players that are not in the feeder leagues. How can I fix this?

the setting for my HS feeder league is 14/14 create player and 14/17 rules and draft eligible after max age is surpassed

the setting for College is 18/18 create player and 18/21 rules and draft eligible 1 year prior to max age
