Is there anyway to have the Assistant GM in charge of Minor League Free Agent Signings and Releases?
The only two options I can see are myself as GM or minor league managers.
It seems to me to be be something that the Assistant GM should be at least an option, if he is not an option does anyone know the reasoning for only the two options?
