This doesn't seem unrealistic for the time period to me. Perhaps you should collect some data from bbref and decide for yourself though. I was looking at some of the top pitchers and, for instance, Ron Guidry and Dennis Eckersley pitched an average of 7 2/3 innings per outing that season and Dennis Leonard of the Royals posted an average of 7 1/3 putting that number into perspective that leaves 1 2/3 innings for relievers. Sure, you could throw five different pitchers in there for an out a piece, but why? Its your league so do what makes you feel the realism, however, Very Low for stamina just wouldn't do that for me.
