Actually I looked at the list and said, that's not too bad...
But yeah, I get it's different when it's all of your key players, but it's all part of the fun, that's when I rub my hands together and think "things just got interesting... let's go to work..."
Of course I'm a little strange to begin with.
You can look at it as a chance to either make a name for yourself as a GM or, you know, find a new job in the offseason....
