I use the favorites feature opften when chnaging uniforms. Since i have had OOTP 17 i thought that nothing under my favorites were saving, Today I realized that if I scroll my mouse down i can see what I am looking for but I have to go slowly to find what i am looking for. When i go to many folders i will often have a full list. Here is what it looks like when I to go favorites. Can we get it lighter in a future patch? i had no issues in 16 & previous versions.
