I assume that is what the game is trying to emulate....I don't think an obvious 1+1=2 solution is available.....balancing traits among your various players, finding a captain style leader, generally voiding major cancer players (obviously gets complicated if you have a player like Manny Ramirez who is very talented) and a winning record are the best ways that I can think of to try and fix clubhouse issues.

Of course and I wouldn't expect a chemistry rating. I simply want more info so I can make an informed decision. I feel like I'm always shooting in the dark
