Does anyone know how much an issue the Manager/Bench Coach play in terms of the clubhouse chemistry? I had a poor clubhouse and removed all of the guys I though were bad apples, and still had problems. At the end of the year, I fired my manager and haven't heard of any problems since. I'm not sure if it's a coincidence or not...
