I took Bluenoser's advice but it did not work. For some reason the box with the resolution settings in the OOTP Game Setup menu is grayed out and can not be changed. So I tried setting my computer's resolution to match what was in the OOTP setting but it still would not run in Windowed Mode. Maybe this is turning into a bug report forum kind of thing...
