Create a new file folder in your saved_games, labelled <league name> dot lg. (ex. bml.lg) extract the files to that folder. There should be a file labelled accounts_dat in the zip file, or you should ask the commish for it if you don't have it.

You should be able to open the game at this point. Load it up, then close it out again. This will generate a "settings" folder in your league.lg file. place the accounts_dat file into the settings folder, which will import all the human managers data into your game. Load the game and you should be good to go.
