Hey all,

Seeking input on how you guys typically handle your high draft picks. With early round high-school draft picks, do you ever leave them in the rookie league for more than a year? Is there any harm to letting them sit in the the rookie league for 2 seasons then going to Low A?

Also, for early round college prospects do you ever let them sit in rookie ball or do you typically send them to low A straight away?
