I have a few things I want to tweak or change in how you get notified about these things going forward, but essentially, we have a bunch of buckets that players with low team chemistry can complain about. Lack of leadership is simple - you have no player with high leadership on the team. Ideally you should have a team captain type, but barring that you get "credit" for having guys who simple have a high leadership rating.
Now, one thing to keep in mind is that the chemistry accumulates every day, but the complaint is actually more of a spur of the moment complaint. So if you get a captain you should see the "complaint" change but may take you a few days or weeks to see if the overall trend is positive or if you have to be overly concerned about the next problem with them.
