Pitcher rest status

Seems to me that pitchers rest up too quickly. Compared to previous versions they need about 1 day of rest less to get back to 100%.

See below attachment. This is from a 1936 World Series replay (Historical Exhibition). Standard stamina setting for this era is HIGH.
Carl Hubbell starts game 1 and throws 163 pitches. Two days later he's already back at 100% after 1 full day of rest (not shown in the attachment). After 2 full days of rest he pitches game 4 and throws 121 pitches. This time he's still 45% tired 2 days later. Then 1 day later his rest status goes from 45% tired to 100% rested.
Red Ruffing starts game 1 and then game 5 on 3 days rest. The day after pitching game 5 his rest status is already at 70% - slightly tired, and after 1 full day of rest at 100%.

Not sure if this is a bug but it feels like a too quick of a recovery, even for standard stamina setting HIGH. I also checked the MLB quickstart which uses standard stamina setting VERY LOW. With this setting starters are back at 100% after 3 days of rest. This is definitely quicker then before. Seems pitchers rest up 1 day earlier then before. Not sure if this was changed on purpose.
