Take AS an example bill keister. His last year is 1903 i believe, good season. Play out the years. My guess is his ratings from 1904 oneward will be exactly the same.
Unless 17 is different this is how 16 15 14 etc works
In a recalc league with no development on the ratings never change after a players final year.
