Someone else had the same problem yesterday. Top of the broadcast screen there's a "customise widgets" which shows the co-ordinates for all the boxes that you can have on the screen. Alter the coordinates for the missing box to almost the same as a box that's visible (offensive line-up for instance). The missing box should re-appear.Hope this helps.
