Everyone who volunteered was great but it was maddening chaos. Guys volunteering where it wasn't needed. Inconsistent quality of source pics. Colorizing or keeping B&W. No understanding the program. Organizing 27000 facegens. Naming conventions since there were 3 databases being used.
It would have been awesome if a lot of the people who do facegens now were here in the beginning. Probably wouldn't be a bad idea to organize and update the entire historical facegen set.

I'm in. I have gotten better, for the most part even over the ones I did when i 1st got hooked on 11. There are a ton of players i would like to redo. I am not great at finding quality pics for obscure minor leaguers.
