Is anyone else having this problem? I'm the GM of my team and have set Active Roster moves to my control (minor league promotions and demotions are set for the Asst GM unless I lock the player in place). Yet I see a load of transactions for relievers and backup infielders every day. Again, this is set to my control under Team Control settings. Any ideas?
