I was looking for a new Scouting Director for my team in OOTP 17, and I was surprised to find that Dave Dombrowski, Billy Beane, and a bunch of other high-profile front office executives are listed as available personnel. I understand why - in real life they have job titles that aren't listed in OOTP - but it still takes away from the realism for me when I see these guys sitting in the available personnel pool.

I think it would be a great addition for future OOTP games to follow the current trend of title inflation that's going on in MLB front offices and include positions like "President of Baseball Operations." In the meantime, does anyone have any suggestions as to how to work around this in OOTP 17? Thanks.
