If you go into the Default Data folder in the Out of the Park Developments Folder that's installed in Program Files directory, you should have access to the original files. In the Default Data folder, there is a folder called ballpark_files.zip. Inside of that folder are all of the ballparks that come with the game. You can unzip them to your desktop or just find what you need and copy it.

In other words, copy what you need from:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 17\default_data\ballpark_files.zip\ballparks

and put it in the appropriate folder here:

C:\Users\(your_name)\Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 17\ballparks
