For some reason, I have simmed several different seasons using historical and also using the 2016 quickstart, and I'm not seeing any CPU-CPU trades. Is anyone else having that problem?

I've checked to make sure "enable trades" is checked and the CPU teams are making moves to sign and release people. And I am able to make trades with CPU teams.

I was seeing trades in the early access version, but for whatever reason, am not seeing them now.

Am I missing some setting?
