unfortunately its not simple. The developers have given us a lot of power with these (to customize them) but since its a non-essential feature to them it hasn't received much attention in the last 2 years (as far as improvements).
you need to be comfortable renaming files, moving files around your computer, possibly editing the word files depending on what you want. There are lots of downloads in the "mods" section but like I said you will probably at least have to rename the files.
I would suggest searching the forums for baseball cards, there are lots of helpful tips already out there and guides to help you as well.
