There were some managers though who favored hitting by a great deal and they didn't really have bad relationships with pitchers. So it's not for all managers who prefer hitting.
But there are definitely many examples like these where pitchers just don't seem to have good relationships with their managersat all. Large lists of pitchers. How much stock should we put into that? I assume this can negatively affect performance and development.
