I agree that Kobe will be really tough to convict. I think there's an excellent chance he really did commit the crime, but unless the prosecutor has some really phenomenal evidence (e.g.: earwitnesses from nearby rooms, a confession to the bodyguards, possibly torn clothing combined with facial bruises) I think he'll likely be acquitted.
