OOTP loads all the data into computer RAM when you load a league, and does not save it until you click on Save. So actually a crash (which should not happen) should not be able to ruin a league because the files should all be unchanged when OOTP crashes (unless it crashes during saving). Just start OOTP again and load that league again. If it crashes again, we have a problem in that saved game files. In that case please send us the league files and tell us as much details about the crash as possible. Thank you!
