In looking at the rating scale for coaches, what do the rating scales indicate? for instance, a particular coach may have "favor defense> teal bar>favor offense. This can be interpreted as either the coach either strongly favors defense, as indicated by the teal color and tendency toward the "high end of the bar" or as a continuum that leans toward favor offense.
