Go to Addons Central
Download the skin files and install them
Place the icons in the image folder for each skin
Delete the skin.bin file
Star OOTP
You will get the "Not Responding" message for a bit while OOTP rebuilds the skin.bin file
Do that for each skin.
Close OOTP and restart - your icons should show
