The Cardinals do not have a much depth at 2B and barring injuries to one of their pitchers their Rotation is pretty damn solid. So trading Wong for another starting pitcher seems strange. Not to mention the cubs have Zobrist so why did they need a 2b? Better yet, why did they need 2?
Makes little sense in my mind but then again I can't see what was transpiring in that season to make that trade a necessity.
