You'll get an e-mail on either March 18th or March 22nd depending on when you order(ed). Usually it says something like "Gentlemen start your downloads!" and gives you a link where you can go to download the game. If you don't see it right away, remain calm and check your spam folder. It will show up. They just send them out in waves so they don't overload the servers. Click on that link and away you go!
