I'd never noticed this. I thought it stayed the same once you finished setting up the game. Learn something new every day. Though I'm not sure where I'd find this in the settings - I've never seen it after I set my game up.
I see they're at default whenever I import historical players into my game, but I never put two and two together that it might be bringing players into the amateur draft like this, which would be wrong seeing as I set it up for 200/50 AB and 40/10 IP rather than 300/50 AB and 40/10 IP. It is a minor issue that becomes more major if you use a shorter schedule, so hopefully it's fixed. *fingers crossed*
