Any thought on the ability to be able to hire other team's coaches/minor league managers to become your manager, or other team's assistant GMs to become your GM? I know often in the game after a manager retires a team promotes its bench coach to manager, but it would be cool if you could hire a coach from another staff, as happens in real life.
