It's custom mode, so it's a made up team. No cap or floor, 100% attendence every year. Owners patience rating is 14 and always getting great confidence. It's dropping by a few million each year.
Now I'm not sure about supplementary roles. If more of my players were changed to Franchise and Star, would that force a higher budget?
