After some test i am not sure if the feeder System does really work.
My Setup: 8 Team fictional league with full minor system (5 Levels).
I want 200 new players for the amateur draft.
Feeders:
College: 10 Teams, High School: 20 Teams
Season 1 - 3: around 210 players for draft,
Season 4: 315 players (in other simulations after some years 400 + players)
In my High School League the teams have a roster size of 27 - 43 players (active + reserve roster) !
