I noticed on the news article it says players need 80% of the vote to get in. Did you change that or did the league evolve and it was changed that way? I wonder if that had something to do with it (i.e. if you require 90% of the votes to get in, you'd have a greater chance of getting 100%; whereas if you require 50%, no one would come close to 100%). Just a thought...
