First player ever to be voted into HOF at 100%!

I'll start off by stating that I do not cast a ballot during the HOF voting process. I leave it up to the AI.

The closest I have come to a unanimous induction was Michael Tarr, who was voted in with 99.1% back in 1978. He won 11 Cy Young's, was an All-Star 15 times, and has 4 World Series rings. If there was anyone in my fictional history that ever deserved an induction with 100% of the votes, it would be him. Edit: Just realized Serrano had him beat with 99.2%.

Fast forward to 2032. To my complete surprise, former Rockies star Simon Stamper has been unanimously voted in. Has anyone seen this in OOTP? I wasn't even sure if it was possible! I figured he would get in. But unanimously on his first year of eligibility? This was another "wow" moment for me playing OOTP.
